Dear Rafael,
I want to thank you for the work you did with my firm over the last two years.
This brutal recession almost did us in, but with your invaluable assistance, your
guidance, your objective advice and your leadership, we survived.
When you started, our management team and the entire company were
demoralized. Our efforts to turn-around the company were not working. The sales
decline was crippling and our losses were mounting. Several of our managers
were over their heads with impossible assignments and without the skills needed
to succeed. Our press room was not delivering on time and we experienced
quality problems.
You were able to help us analyze the problems and more importantly, take
positive steps and corrective action….
Your work with the management team began a new culture of honesty,
performance and results. While operations improved, costs went down. After your
individual coaching and training sessions, the managers developed better habits
with real communication skills for a more focused leadership team….
Overall, our breakeven point was radically lowered and we are now making
